We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@insbes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR RETURN?

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please make sure that:

Firstly, customers have 30 days from the day they received their item to request a replacement or return. Shipping and handling fees are free.

Secondly, each product has to be inspected carefully before delivered. But mistakes are inevitable and to make sure that all customers are satisfied, we offer replacement item(s) or return for any of the following reasons:

  • The product itself is flawed.
  • The quality of the product is poor.
  • Final product is materially different than the design presented on our website.
  • The following information of product is not the same as the order: type, size, color

 

DAMAGED/INCORRECT/LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS

We guarantee to issue you a free replacement or return in the following situations:

  • You received a different size from what you ordered.
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.

Please contact us with your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item.
